I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a serious student of metaphysics and the planetary shift for the last 20 years. Have worked in mental health since 1996 and in private practice since 2004. I do Dolores Cannon Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy and the Mandala Assesment and Research Instrument (MARI ), and I am currently learning a spiritually based healing technique called Neuro-Integration . I work with adults and children. I’m beginning to receive more and more clients who are “waking up” and needing integration and support, which is the work I most enjoy doing. The Cannon and MARI techniques are both very useful for this, and Neuro-Integration also helps enormously by facilitating mind-body shifts that support the client’s intension. I love this work!
Fiona Robertson offers one to one sessions for anyone who is going through existential crisis, spiritual emergency/emergence, or the dark night of the soul. Kundalini Awakening
The teachings and research of Dr. Bonnie Greenwell
The Kundalini Collective is a peer support community (based in the UK but has members worldwide) for those going through energetic, most commonly named kundalini, spiritual awakenings and others in the spiritual awakening process who might find the Community helpful. Members can connect via the website, a monthly open support group, and a monthly speaker and group discussion session. There are also occasional face to face meetups in London.
The Kundalini Collective also has its own youtube channel and there is a series of podcasts and recordings of talks given at the Group Discussions, that explore various aspects of kundalini and spiritual awakening: www.youtube.com/@kundalinicollective All services are free though donations are encouraged to cover costs.
Mental Illness or Spiritual Awakening?
Bipolar Awakenings, created by Sean Blackwell, is a platform dedicated to exploring the spiritual dimension and healing potential of what is usually diagnosed as “bipolar disorder,” but often has spiritual emergency characteristics. Since 2007, Blackwell has shared insights through his YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/user/bipolarorwakingup) and books, including Am I Bipolar or Waking Up? (2011), which details his own 1996 “bipolar awakening,” hospitalization, and recovery.
Sean is also a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and has developed a number of healing modalities based on that practice. His latest book, Bipolar Awakenings – The Quest to Heal Bipolar Disorder (2024), tells the story of the development of his work with clients, both in a private retreat setting, and online. In 2025, he created a free online training program, to teach people how to work on their own healing processes at home.
Health Justice is a non-profit focusing on law and policy reform related to involuntary mental health treatment in BC. Health Justice can’t provide legal or advocacy services to individuals, but they have a Resources page with information about where you can get legal help related to involuntary treatment in BC.
Inner Compass Initiative aims to help people make informed choices about all things mental health: diagnoses, drugs, and drug withdrawal. ICI offers an online community of support via their Inner Compass Exchange platform. They also offer resources for tapering from antidepressants, and share relatable stories of those who have been harmed.

The Emergent Phenomenology Research Consortium (EPRC) works to upgrade the global mental health, clinical, public health, and scientific understanding of Emergent Phenomena, what most might term spiritual, mystical, magical, psi, energetic, psychedelic, etc. phenomena. Our work is for large, long-term systems change, but do not provide individual-level support at this time, though we are allied with numerous organizations that thankfully do. We have an extensive white paper of our systems change plans and work on our website.
